The Swahili promoted official language
Over the past few years, African languages have been on the rise, the most spoken language in East Africa has been upgraded at the national level.

In 2015, the Tanzanian Ministry of Education announces the abandonment of English for the benefit of Swahili.
February 2017, the Comorian Minister of Education suggests the introduction of Swahili-shikomori as a language of instruction.Finally in March 2017, it is around the Rwandan parliament, establishes Swahili as an official language.
This new impetus for African languages aims at improving the education system at national level and better integration of pupils into the professional environment after their studies.
Also, these changes have regional and continental impact. Indeed, the African Union has imposed Swahili as its official language.
The creation of an area of free circulation of people and economic circulation grouping East African countries requires a common language.
In the long term, this type of initiative will enable many Africans to communicate, trade and develop with a common thread.
The aim of these decisions is to raise awareness and encourage young people to participate in development rather than pursue careers abroad.
